    潘建波,男,1987年生,山东人,重庆医科大学生命科学研究院特聘教授,博士生导师。2009年厦门大学本科毕业获学士学位,2014年获厦门大学化学生物学专业博士学位,方向为生物信息学,同年赴美国Johns Hopkins约翰霍普金斯大学医学院进行生物信息学博士后研究,2020年加入重庆医科大学生命科学研究院。已发表SCI论文26篇,其中以第一作者/共同第一作者在CellNucleic Acids ResBioinformaticsMol Cell ProteomicsGenomics Proteomics Bioinformatics等高水平杂志发表论文15篇,一作文章影响因子总计超过100分。

    主要研究方向:1.生物信息学辅助药物基因组学研究;2.癌症组学数据分析以及多组学整合研究;3.生物信息学数据库和分析工具的开发;4.基于蛋白芯片的肿瘤自身抗体标志物的发现与验证。
