谌錾,特聘教授,博士生导师。2012年获北京大学医学学士学位,2017年获美国约翰霍普金斯大学药理学博士学位,2017-2020年在哈佛医学院细胞生物学系Wade Harper教授课题组进行博士后研究,2021年在约翰霍普金斯大学Bert Vogelstein和Sandra Gabelli教授课题组完成博士后研究后加入重庆医科大学生命科学研究院新靶标与化学干预研究中心。
主要研究方向为蛋白质翻译后修饰:结合蛋白组学和基因编辑技术,探究蛋白质翻译后修饰尤其是磷酸化和泛素化修饰在疾病发生发展中的动态调控和功能,寻找具有靶标意义的修饰位点和相关酶类;利用蛋白质半合成技术和结构生物学,研究翻译后修饰调控的生化特性和分子细节;结合新靶标与化学干预研究中心的平台优势,开发针对翻译后修饰相关重要靶点的小分子药物。
